2. Service Selection Process
Upon order confirmation, our logistics team will:

② Propose the most economical and reliable shipping method
③ Submit a formal shipping proposal for your approval
Note: Shipment commences only after receiving your written authorization and payment

3. Shipment Documentation
Within 24 hours of dispatch, you will receive:
✓ Proof-of-Shipment Photos: loading verification
✓ Tracking Number: Real-time monitoring via carrier’s platform
✓ Commercial Documents: Proforma invoice & packing list

4. Transit Monitoring & Issue Resolution
Critical Notice: Contact us immediately if:
Tracking status remains unchanged > 7 days (air) / > 21 days (sea)
Carrier notifications indicate customs holds or route deviations

5. Risk Allocation

• Pre-Shipment: We bear full liability for goods until carrier takeover
• In Transit: Risk transfers to buyer upon carrier departure (Incoterms® 2020 applied)
• Customs Clearance: Buyer responsible for import duties/taxes (DDP available upon request)

6. Special Provisions

• Weather/Force Majeure Delays: Not liable for natural disasters or port strikes
